Refund policy

All Mile 27 garments are custom-made using each customer’s own marathon poncho. Because every item is created specifically for you, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including:

  • Style selection

  • Size

  • Shipping information

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at mile27apparel@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

If the problem is due to an error on our part, we will:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace it, if possible

This is the only exception to our no-returns, no-refunds policy.

European Union Orders

Because all Mile 27 products are custom-made using customer-supplied materials, they fall under the EU exception for “personalized or made-to-order goods.” As such, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
