Shipping Policy

All Mile 27 garments are custom-made using each customer’s own marathon poncho. Because each piece is created to order, processing times are longer than for off-the-shelf apparel.

Processing Time

Once your poncho is received at our studio in Buffalo, NY, your garment will be handcrafted specifically for you.

  • Typical production time: [8-12 weeks] from the date we receive your poncho

  • You will receive email updates as your order moves through each stage of production

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on volume, seasonality, and material condition.

Shipping Time

When your garment is complete, it will ship via UPS.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • U.S. orders: [2–5 business days]

  • International orders: [7–21 business days], depending on destination and customs

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

before completing checkout.

Risk of Loss

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Mile 27 is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs in transit.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes

  • Import fees or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country

Mile 27 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
